This place is absolutely incredible - like stepping into a dream! The staff are beyond amazing, treating us like family. The food is absolutely delicious and the surroundings are stunning. Can't wait to come back!

the property was clean, featured modern design; i truly enjoyed it. the food was fine and there were a lot of dishes in the menu. the property was in the heart of the city. had tea and goodies at cafe clock, nestled 1 mi of the hotel.

The noise from the nearby street, which could be heard from the rooms. Additionally, the Wi-Fi signal in some parts of the hotel was weak, which made it difficult to stay connected. My stay at this hotel was luxurious and exclusive. The room's amenities were exquisite and fulfilled my every need. The service was impeccable, and the staff was always available to cater to any requests. The sun terrace offered breathtaking views, and the bar/lounge area had a relaxing ambiance. The on-site restaurant provided mouth-watering meals that exceeded my expectations. In-room breakfast was also available, which was a lovely touch.

I wanted to visit the Medina of Fez during my trip, and Palais Riad Reda & Spa's location next to the Al Hamra Mosque made it the perfect choice. The hotel's amenities, such as the wireless Internet access and room service, added extra convenience to my stay. the menu at the onsite restaurants, which was made with seasonally grown produce and healthy ingredients, was incredibly delicious and satisfying.

Limited parking nearby, but street guards ensured the safety of my car and the cost was reasonable.

This beautiful hotel had a great location near a lovely fountain and within walking distance to parking. Our room was very comfortable, with individual air conditioning and a mini-bar. The staff's service was incomparable, especially our host Souka who gave us insider tips and advice. Breakfast and dinner were outstanding and we loved the beautiful facilities, like the inside and outside restaurant and the welcoming reception hall.

The weak wifi signal in some of the rooms could be improved.
